At Flycourts, every product is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, color choice, or change of mind.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at flycourts@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost. In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged item.
Exchanges
As all products are made specifically for each order, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please make sure to review our sizing guides carefully before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items ordered in the wrong size or color
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
